Our Fab 4: Salvia, La Finca de Jasmine, Eden and Estrella del Mar

Thanks, ladies, for joining me in this conversation. Today, we’re diving into our favorite developments in the real estate scene. Debbie and Amy are out there on the front lines, interacting with clients and witnessing firsthand what’s happening in the market. So, let’s get started.

Sean: You girls are always on the move, unlike me—I barely leave the house these days. But you both have your finger on the pulse of what’s happening. Debbie, why don’t you kick things off and share with us your top pick?

Debbie: Absolutely, Sean. One of the hottest developments right now is Salvia in San Pedro.

Sean: You seem enthusiastic about this one. What makes Salvia stand out?

Debbie: I live nearby and frequent San Pedro. Salvia offers proximity to amenities without the need for constant car travel. It’s gated, secure, and boasts fantastic facilities—a beautiful pool, children’s pool, coworking space, gym, and even an indoor pool and spa. Plus, it’s not just another block; it faces a gorgeous park with upcoming sea views. The demand is high, with 50% already sold.

Sean: Impressive! And what’s the price range for Salvia?

Debbie: For a two-bedroom, it starts at 540 and goes up to about 1.4 million for penthouses.

Sean: Fantastic. Now, Amy, how about you? What’s catching your eye in the real estate market?

Amy: If you’re into villas, La Finca de Jasmine in Benahavís is a gem. Only a seven-minute drive to the beach, close to San Pedro and Puerto Banús, and a 15-minute drive to Estepona. With 24-hour security and a lock-and-leave concept covering garden and pool maintenance, it’s a great package. Villas come in three or four bedrooms, starting around 2 million, with various styles and selling fast.

Sean: Excellent choice. Now, Debbie, back to you for your second pick.

Debbie: Let’s revisit Chaparral, specifically Eden. These homes are fantastic family options, starting at about 570,000. With sea views, spacious terraces, a sports center, and a golf club nearby, it’s a winner for family living. The community design ensures it doesn’t feel cramped, offering a comfortable and spacious home.

Sean: Sounds like a great option. Amy, what’s your second recommendation?

Amy: I’ve recently sold properties in Estrella del Mar in Elviria. Beachside and within walking distance, these three and four-bedroom townhouses start at 700,000. With a gym on-site and panoramic sea views, it’s a fantastic choice for families. Elviria’s beautiful beaches and amenities add to its appeal.

Sean: Wonderful insights! It’s intriguing that our top picks span different locations. Anything else you’d like to add?

Debbie: It’s interesting that our choices cover areas down the coast—Estrella del Mar and Eden—and villas in Benahavís, along with Salvia in San Pedro. We haven’t touched on Estepona. Perhaps it’s because of the high demand, with many developments already sold out.
