Sean and his highly trained and experienced associates deliberately set out to look after only a limited number of HNW and UNHW clients in a year. We take a full brief from you, usually via ZOOM or MS Teams, and during this initial session we try to get a full understanding of your needs, wants and ideal timescales. What are you looking to purchase? How are you looking to use the property? What other services are you likely to require? We can also liaise with your Private Wealth Advisors and Family Office practitioners at this stage, if you prefer. Once we´ve established an initial brief, we deploy a specialist team of experts, always guided by Sean or a fellow Director of the business, to begin the search for areas and properties that we believe would fit the bill. We present our ideas and suggestions by any means that our clients prefer, be that email, whatsapp etc.
Our initial search includes our unique ´whole of market´ approach, meaning you can rest assured that you won´t miss any opportunities. We provide access to properties listed by ALL agents and developers, and we often have access to privately listed, unlisted or off-market opportunities. We know that no other agent goes to these lengths to find you your perfect home. By offering whole of market access, it means that we can remain truly committed to you, the buyer…..and you alone. We believe that it´s impossible to properly represent the best interests of both buyer and seller, so we rarely do it. Our loyalty is to you, and we always strive to negotiate the best possible purchase price for you.
Many of our clients now prefer to conduct ´virtual´ viewings of an initial selection before travelling to see the properties in person. We also regularly arrange professional videos of properties so you can enjoy a ´tour´ of your favourite options from the comfort of your own home.
Once you decide to travel to Spain, we can help with all the arrangements, whether it´s airport collections, hotel or rental accommodation and hire cars, and while you are here in Spain we can organise rounds of golf, spa days, yacht charters and introductions to local schools. Whatever you need, we are there to help. In addition, we can also introduce you to a range of specialist service providers such as lawyers, tax advisors, mortgage practitioners and FX brokers – experts that can help to answer any questions prior to a commitment to purchase. We create a team of loyal and trusted experts that can work on your behalf to remove any unwanted surprises or stress from the purchase procedure….exactly as it should be.
We never assume a client will buy, but when you are ready to take that next step, we are with you through all points of the journey. We offer our considered advice on how best to package your offer for a property, going into great detail to establish a vendor´s motivations and reasons for sale. We try to put you in as strong a position as possible to ensure you end up paying the best possible price. From there, we manage a team of experts – lawyers, finance providers, tax experts, who work together to process and progress the purchase to its conclusion In the meantime, our team starts preparing for the post-purchase phase.
Depending on the type of property purchased, you may well require us to source experts in the areas of refurbishment, construction, furniture and interior design. Due to our 20 years experience in the market in Southern Spain, we have access to an extensive list of personally-vetted, high-quality contacts in a range of areas. Additionally, we are happy to provide experienced staff such as housekeepers, nannies, cleaners, chauffeurs and security, all with the aim of giving you complete peace of mind.
But our services don´t end there. We are acutely aware that each client will have a range of personal requests and interests that need to be catered for, whether that´s stocking a bodega with a selection of the finest wines, sourcing motor vehicles and private jets, or seeking personal recommendations for the best restaurants, boutiques and days out.
